Refund policy
We want you to love your Riviera Icon purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following guidelines:
Refunds

Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be unused, not damaged, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by the packing slip or receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less any original shipping fees.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Store Credit

Returns made within 30 days of receipt qualify for store credit if they meet the above requirements.

Return Instructions

Contact us before sending back your item. Once approved, you will receive instructions within 1–2 business days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If Riviera Icon provides you with a shipping label, $7 will be deducted from your refund. For oversized or overweight items, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item as quickly as possible.
Right to Deny
Riviera Icon reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
